Ms. Kathy has a bachelor’s degree in Education and a master’s degree in Elementary Education. She has over 40 years of experience in the early childhood field. Ms. Kathy has attended conferences all over the world and enjoys staying up to date on new research in the field. She holds a Head Teacher Certificate through the CT Office of Early Childhood and leads NCCCC’s preschool program. Ms. Kathy loves being outdoors, gardening, caring for animals, spending time with family and friends, and participating actively in her church.

Ms. Catharine joined our team at the start of the 2021-2022 school year and works in our infant and toddler programs. She has an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Three Rivers Community College. She spent several years as an Infant and Toddler Teacher at Bright Horizons at Eagleview before coming to NCCCC. She spends much of her free time at The Book Barn searching for the best new books for our young learners!

Mr. Mikey joined NCCCC in October 2020 as a substitute and quickly became a permanent full-time teacher in our toddler program. He is currently pursuing a degree in film but enjoys his time at NCCCC creating a calm and high quality toddler classroom. He enjoys working with kids because of their creativity and imagination and says that he loves how each day is different because of their unique skills and rapid development. In his spare time, Mr. Mikey enjoys watching films, video production, photography, golf, writing, and cooking.

Ms. Krystal is a teacher in the toddler room at Niantic Community Church Children’s Center. Krystal enjoys all things Disney and was even a character performer for kids parties, portraying a variety of beloved characters. She loves singing, dancing and doing creative projects. She is working toward receiving her CDA in order to further her education in Early Childhood.
